I used white CS, blue & pink paper mats, made scallop edgeing & a scallop edged mat for the little hands stamp. I placed spotty ribbon on the scallop edgeing & placed a rhinestone in each scallop. I highlighted the hands & dots with watercoloured pencils & a blending pen, finished it off with a flower & a rhinestone in the centre & a bit of ribbon the edge of the scallop mat.
