Birthday Card

A friend of ours is Polish, so for her birthday I made her this card...




I used a plum coloured CS & a cream coloured mat, with paisley PP. Across the middle is a computer generated strip that says "Szczęśliwy Dzień urodzenia Sophia" which means Happy Birthday Sophia in Polish. I used rhinestones to decorate & an inked heart from the george cricut cartridge.




On the inside it says "Lepsze Życzenia z całą naszą Miłością" which means "With love from all of us"

She was so touched by the card :)

WOW you guys are awesome, I love all the cards entered, but firstly I would like to thanks, Tracey, Kim, Sharon Caudle, Michelle, Gayle, Nikki, Bee & Ann for joining in & having some fun with me :)

So I figured I will leave it for an extra day due to the whole time difference thing, just when I think I have my head around it, daylight savings starts or ends somewhere in the world changing it all again haha but anyway with much deliberation my husband & I had finally came out with a winner.... well 3 actually haha... ok ok I know I am hopeless... my hubby chose the winner (which I 100% agree with) but then I looooooved 2 others as well, so he suggested to have 1st, 2nd & 3rd... so of course I was happy for that, it means more prezzies & more fun ;)

So anyway so you guys are probably thinking; just get to it... haha

Blog Candy Challenge EXTENDED!!

Kazans Challenge

I probably have missed the deadline on this challenge, but it was inspired by a funeral I had just attended when my Auntie passed away last week. So I had to submit it anyway.



The stamp says "A memory is a photo taken by the heart" & that is so true now that my Aunt has passed away, I have lots of memories in my heart of her!!

Baby Cards

I made these the other night as I realised my baby stash was quite low...

I used white CS, blue & pink paper mats, made scallop edgeing & a scallop edged mat for the little hands stamp. I placed spotty ribbon on the scallop edgeing & placed a rhinestone in each scallop. I highlighted the hands & dots with watercoloured pencils & a blending pen, finished it off with a flower & a rhinestone in the centre & a bit of ribbon the edge of the scallop mat.
